A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself through your booking confirmation link, as long as it is done at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone as soon as possible.
No-Show Policy

​No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Repeated no-shows or unpaid fees may result in a loss of booking privileges.
Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure your full service. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to fit within your scheduled time slot. If you anticipate being late, please call or message us as soon as possible to notify us.

If your late arrival leaves insufficient time to complete your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of your service provider. In such cases, our standard late cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.

Our stylists and therapists reserve time exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows affect other clients’ opportunities to book. This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule and provide exceptional service to everyone.
You'll receive automated reminders to keep your appointment on track—3 days before (via email & text), 1 day before (email), and a final reminder 2 hours prior (text).

TERMS OF SERVICE At Oasis Hair Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We truly value your business and kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients. To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. ​ Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount (100%) and may be restricted from booking future appointments. ​ This policy is in place to respect the time of our stylists and clients alike. Missed appointments not only affect your scheduled service but also prevent other clients from booking those time slots. By scheduling with Oasis Hair Spa, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
